Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Novi, MI. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients with pain, spine conditions, and sports injuries, perform functional assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include providing therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, monitoring patient progress, updating care plans, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The role also involves educating patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and strategies to maintain long-term functional health. The Physical Therapist will document all care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards and contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply evidence-based practice. Experience in Rehabilitation and Patient Care, including designing and progressing individualized treatment plans. Skills in Home Care and patient education to support safe, effective exercises outside the clinical setting. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree, with current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on inclusive, patient-centered care. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage a varied caseload efficiently. Prior experience with orthopedic, spine, or sports injury populations preferred.
