Building Maintenance Engineer

We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functional, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines Qualifications: • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role Compensation: $18.50 hourly
