Lead Custodian

JOB SUMMARY: Provide supervisory support to Custodial Supervisor and performs custodial duties in accordance with GIC contracts ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Gathering and distributing equipment and supplies to custodial staff - Performing custodial duties - Assisting in the training of new employees/trainees - Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times - Be flexible and assume new job responsibilities as needed - Commit to improvement and team building - Perform other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: - High School diploma equivalent preferred - Two years custodial experience required SCOPE OF SUPERVISION: - Provides supervisory support to Lead Custodian CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: - None QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
