The Job Anglin is seeking a full time, in-person Social Media Coordinator who can effectively use their knowledge of business trends, writing skills, and content creation abilities to strategically communicate for a variety of brands, stories and styles. The job requires the Social Media Coordinator to publish original content for social media, websites, blogs and other channels. This person will collaborate closely across the agency and with clients, be required to communicate project steps, assign tasks as needed and ensure deadlines are met with both. The ideal candidate brings 2-4 years of marketing experience in social and digital, specifically communicating ideas in ways that inspire, inform and captivate. In this role, you will: Conceptualize, write, and publish content for social and digital platforms Write copy for social media and other marketing and communications assets Capture video and photos, as needed mostly in central Oklahoma and occasionally state wide Provide research to identify and apply trending topics and influencers, monitor social performance, share key analytics and provide optimization. Work as part of a team to support clients’ marketing and public relations initiatives Develop and utilize additional skills to support clients and colleagues as needed Required Skills & Experience Between 2-4 years of professional, full-time experience with social media or digital marketing Professional writing and editing experience with AP style competency Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; sound judgement and reasoning Trend awareness and the ability to apply trending styles and topics to professional, highly visible client accounts Video capture and editing skills, especially creating short form content for platforms including TikTok, YouTube and Meta Experience in digital platforms such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Google Business Manager, Mailchimp, Wix, etc. Ability to work as part of a team, present ideas, take feedback and direction, and pivot when needed Ability to maintain high standards on multiple projects with tight deadlines Ability to identify problems early and develop reasonable solutions Salary Range $39,000 - $46,000 Must be available at least 40 hours a week and live in the Oklahoma City metro area or be willing to relocate.
