Job Description We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Behavioral Health to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong de-escalation skills and experience in behavioral health, medical or dual diagnosis. The position involves caring for adolescents and adults in a 96-bed hospital setting. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients with mental health needs.
- Utilize de-escalation techniques as necessary.
- Handle a patient ratio of roughly 1:12 on adolescent and adult mental wellness units, and 1:10 on adult dual diagnosis/SUD units.
- Assist with CIWA and COWS as needed.
- Current RN license to practice in Colorado.
- BLS certification.
- HWC certification.
