Job Summary The Research & Development (R&D) Lab Technician supports daily laboratory operations by maintaining a safe and organized lab environment, managing chemical and consumable inventories, handling hazardous materials, and conducting documented chemical reactions, purifications, and filings according to established procedures. Job Description Maintain a safe R&D laboratory environment by taking on active safety responsibilities Follow guidelines and best practices for laboratory notebooks, data storage, and backups Conduct and document inventories of laboratory chemicals and consumables Safely handle hazardous chemicals and canisters Organize and maintain laboratory storage areas Conduct and thoroughly document chemical reactions, purifications, and chemical filings in accordance with established instructions Education/Training/Certifications High School Diploma or GED Additional Requirements Must be able to pass a drug screening and criminal background check Pay Rate/Salary $29/hour.
