What You'll Love

Consistent Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

What You'll Do

Conduct client intake and gather information for new cases
Request, review, and organize medical records and billing documentation
Maintain accurate, organized case files and legal documentation
Draft correspondence, legal documents, demand packages, and reports
Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and opposing counsel
Support attorneys with litigation prep and trial support
Track case deadlines to keep everything moving on schedule
Use legal case management software to keep records accurate and current

What You'll Bring

Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience is a plus
Personal injury or litigation experience is a strong plus
Comfortable working with medical records, insurance claims, and case files
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Great written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and legal software
A professional, detail-oriented approach with sound judgment around confidentiality
