Attendance at these events is expected and fully supported.What You'll DoWe are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to partner with our existing Salesforce Admin in managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment, ensuring seamless functionality to support reporting, compliance, and business operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a focus on delivering an excellent end-user experience.Manage a Salesforce environment, including system updates, enhancements, and new functionalities to support business reporting and compliance.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Customize and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet evolving business needs.Maintain and update comprehensive documentation on Salesforce processes and compliance controls.Conduct post-implementation reviews of Salesforce configurations and user roles to ensure compliance.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.Provide technical support and training to end-users.Manage integrations and installed packages, including HubSpot, Chargebee, Zendesk, and Gong.Oversee duplicate management, data loads, and automation enhancements.Continuously improve automation workflows and processes.Maintain a strong focus on optimizing the end-user experience.What You'll BringMinimum of 5 years as a Salesforce AdministratorSalesforce Admin Certification preferred.Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, data management, and automation best practices.Experience with third-party integrations and installed packages.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Why You'll Love Working With UsHealth & Wellness That Have You Covered:Enjoy the flexibility of remote workCompetitive base salaries that reflect your value.Generous Paid Time Off, because we know you do your best work when you're well-rested.Support for every stage of life—with paid maternity, parental bonding, and medical leave for you or your loved ones.Comprehensive health benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
