Sr. HR Specialist

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Senior HR Specialist in Philadelphia to execute HR initiatives across talent management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. The role partners with operations leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and support day-to-day HR activities
• Collaborate with site leadership on employee engagement, productivity, and organizational development initiatives
• Support recruitment, employee development, and internal mobility within talent lifecycle
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure employment law compliance
• Track key HR metrics including retention, turnover, and employee satisfaction to inform decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
• At least 3 years progressive HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and hourly workforce dynamics
• Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday and workforce analytics
• Experience supporting change management, HR projects, and organizational design
