Must live within commuting distance and be able to work onsite for up to 4 days per week in the Herndon, VA/DC area. Your Impact As a Program Manager on our CX team, you will serve as the strategic orchestrator for complex programs that directly impact the missions of our veterans and military service members! You will also lead the cradle-to-grave delivery of high-stakes, large-scale initiatives, ensuring they remain on scope, on budget, and fully aligned with business outcomes. Our PMs are pivotal in driving AI-optimized delivery strategies and encouraging executive-level partnerships. By integrating technical insight with expert program governance, you will influence innovation and ensure our solutions address the most pressing challenges facing our customers today! Minimum Qualifications Must possess a current U.S. Government DoD TS/SCI with FSP Security Clearance 10 years of demonstrated experience in Technical Program and/or Project Management Technical Program and/or Project Management experience within critical, classified networks is required Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required Preferred Qualifications Experience owning the end-to‑end delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring strict adherence to operational standards and seamless cross-functional coordination to ensure consistent delivery excellence, program profitability, and high levels of customer satisfaction Track record of orchestrating large-scale, strategic programs that align with complex contracted business outcomes and operational governance Proficiency in aligning customer requirements to scope and delivery plans, ensuring the appropriate resources are engaged to meet specific program and project needs Dedication to driving continuous improvement by employing AI-optimized solutions and adopting technological transformation to improve customer value and project results Why Cisco? Employees On Sales Plans Earn Performance-based Incentive Pay On Top Of Their Base Salary, Which Is Split Between Quota And Non-quota Components, Subject To The Applicable Cisco Plan. For Quota-based Incentive Pay, Cisco Typically Pays As Follows .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
