Administrative Assistant Coordinator

Job Description Job Description The Administrative Assistant Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within an organization. This position involves coordinating office activities, supporting staff and management, and managing communication and documentation tasks. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee daily administrative operations.
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff and executives.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents and correspondence.
Maintain organized filing systems and office supplies inventory.
Assist in onboarding and training of administrative staff.
Facilitate communication between departments to improve workflow.
Support event planning and logistical arrangements as needed.
