Project Coordinator - Construction Jobsite

We have an immediate opportunity for a Project Coordinator near Hollister, CA.  This position requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-jobsite position.

 

Requirements & Skills:

• At least 2-4 years of experience performing project coordinating experience (construction industry experience is desired, not required)
• Construction terminology knowledge is a plus
• Experience with tracking change orders, RFI’s
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal and external coworkers
• Update and pull reports from internal and external databases
• Critical thinking, judgment, decision-making, follow-up, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, detailed
• Must have good math aptitude
• Strong proficiency using Microsoft Suites, to include Excel and OneDrive
• Experience with Procore is desired
• Overtime is required
