Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client histories and develop tailored treatment plans.

  • Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches to foster healing and personal growth.

  • Establish specific therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting approaches as needed.

  • Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients facing challenges in attending in-person sessions.

  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation of each client’s progress while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer reviews to keep informed of the latest in therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include a diverse range of individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. The therapist's role is pivotal in building rapport and establishing trust, enabling clients to open up and engage in the therapy process effectively.

Qualifications\n

  • Active and valid state licensure in one of the following: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • \n
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely-related field.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effectively articulating therapy concepts to clients.
  • \n
  • A profound sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients, fostering a supportive environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle diverse caseloads efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have experience working in a telehealth capacity, demonstrating familiarity with virtual counseling tools. Experience in working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or veterans, is a plus. Familiarity with documentation software and online platforms used for client management is also desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
