Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current CPR certification
• Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
• Homecare Homebase experience

Location Highlights

Pittsfield offers access to both cultural venues and outdoor recreation in the Berkshires. The city is home to Barrington Stage Company and the Berkshire Museum, and Bousquet Mountain is about 10 minutes from downtown for skiing and mountain biking.
