Senior Manager, CRM Program Management and Governance

Responsibilities

Own strategic roadmap governance and portfolio alignment across global CRM organizations
Lead decision forums, steering committees, and executive stakeholder reporting on delivery outcomes
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, licenses, and identify cost optimization opportunities
Oversee demand intake framework and maintain integrated roadmaps across regions and business units
Drive execution of concurrent CRM initiatives and coordinate change management activities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Program management experience with enterprise software implementations
Demonstrated governance and decision-framework design expertise
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
Cross-functional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience with vendor contract and license management
