Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.**WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:*** You will represent the QA function as the principal customer liaison for nVent Warwick facilitating customer engagement and supplier quality management.* Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).* Lead all aspects of quality control activities including inspection, testing, data analysis, and non‐conformance management.* Manage audit programs in collaboration with internal and external customers and agencies.* Develop and run Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.* Serve as a quality project leader and structured problem‐solving authority, driving initiatives across the Quality function and multi-functional teams.* Champion continuous improvement efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies.* Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities for supplier qualifications, new product launches, and engineering changes.* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality professionals, fostering engagement, capability growth, and performance excellence.**YOU HAVE:*** Bachelor's degree is required.* Professional certifications in quality management such as CQE, CQM, or CQA preferred.* 5+ years of proven experience in manufacturing quality systems preferred.* 3+ years leading teams/leadership experience.* Working knowledge of Lean principles such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, MDI, etc.* ISO Management system experience (9001, 14001, 45001, etc.).* Advanced knowledge in root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.* Ability to impact the workplace dynamics and cultivate continuous progress across the facility.* Experience in developing and implementing quality procedures and control plans.Our Warwick, RI facility is an ITAR-controlled site.
