- Responsible for coordinating with overseas business departments for talent planning, talent recruitment for key positions, performance appraisal and incentive plan implementation;
- Responsible for the overseas business department to formulate work objectives and key tasks in the field of human resources;
- Responsible for cooperating with overseas business departments to continuously optimize the workflow of overseas human resource management and establish efficient work specifications;
- Understand the policies related to overseas work visas and legal employment, and cooperate with legal affairs and other departments to continuously improve the company's overseas employment compliance.
