- Ensure all installation work meets defined quality standards, is thoroughly tested, and is properly documented prior to project closeout.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on system design principles, installation techniques, equipment troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
- Enforce site safety policies, conduct regular safety briefings, and respond immediately to any unsafe conditions or practices.
- Communicate daily with the Lead regarding progress, material receipts, blockers, and any issues that arise on site.
- Ensure proper care and use of personal hand tools and coordinate with the site team for larger tools and equipment provided.
- Collaborate with other trades and project stakeholders on data center construction sites to coordinate installation activities and minimize conflicts.
