Our Midtown Manhattan team is hiring Entry-Level Marketing Assistants to support face-to-face marketing initiatives and client campaigns. In this role, you'll interact directly with business customers, represent nationally recognized brands, and gain hands-on experience in a professional B2B environment. This is an in-person marketing position focused on customer interaction, brand representation, and campaign support. It is not a digital marketing, social media, SEO, graphic design, or content creation role. No previous marketing experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you learn the role and develop professionally. What You'll Do Assist with face-to-face marketing campaigns and client initiatives. Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner. Interact directly with business customers and answer questions about products and services. Build and maintain positive professional relationships with customers. Communicate product and service information clearly. Gather customer feedback and relevant market information. Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development. Collaborate with team members to support campaign and business objectives. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
