What you will be doing: 

• Manage daily office operations by providing front-desk support, coordinating office vendors, maintaining supplies, handling mail and shipments, and ensuring a welcoming, organized office environment.
• Coordinate employee engagement and company culture by planning and executing company events, updating the culture calendar, and organizing employee celebrations. 
• Provide administrative support across the organization by coordinating Lunch & Learns, assisting with project celebrations, assisting with internal communications, and administering company programs.
• Serve as a central point of coordination for employees, building tenants, office service providers, and leadership while tracking administrative expenses and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. 

 

What is preferred for this position: 

• Experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role 
• Experience in Microsoft 365 
• Hands-on experience with office equipment
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise 
• Customer service attitude
