We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our healthcare team. The PTA will provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), helping patients restore mobility, improve functional abilities, and achieve treatment goals.

• Deliver physical therapy treatments and interventions according to the established plan of care.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and treatment goals.
• Communicate patient status and treatment outcomes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Adhere to all facility policies, state and federal regulations, safety standards, and infection control guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Active State PTA License or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Previous clinical experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehab, Home Health, or Acute Care settings is a plus.
