Associate (Defense Litigation) (Las Vegas)

Cooper Levenson is currently seeking a highly professional and experienced Litigation Attorney for our busy Defense Litigation practice in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Qualifications

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
* Bar admission in the state of Nevada, required
* 1-3+ years' experience in civil/defense litigation, preferred. Willing to train, provided the right candidate has prior legal experience, is a quick study, and is eager to learn.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive legal documents and communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
* Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Must enjoy the fast pace of handling complex litigation matters.
* Detail oriented and a motivated self-starter.
* Ability to work well in a team environment and interact closely with clients.
* Comfort level making court appearances, both State and Federal Court.
* Familiarity with NetDocs, a plus.
