Supply Chain Analyst Tulare County | $75,000 - $85,000 Our client, a growing food manufacturing company, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. This is a newly created position supporting production planning, inventory analysis, and operational decision-making. Why Join? * Stable, privately held company with more than 60 years of success * Growing organization experiencing double-digit growth * Strong culture with high employee retention * Opportunity to help build processes and make an impact * Full healthcare benefits, 401k match, and great PTO plan Key Responsibilities * Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly production planning and scheduling * Monitor production performance against schedules and identify risks or deviations * Analyze inventory levels and support inventory planning initiatives * Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, quality, production, and sales teams * Identify bottlenecks, scheduling inefficiencies, and operational constraints * Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve throughput and service levels * Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities and forecasting efforts Qualifications * 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, inventory analysis, operations analysis, or a related field * Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables * Experience with Power BI is a plus * SQL experience preferred * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred * Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work independently * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills If you enjoy working with data, solving operational challenges, and helping drive business performance, we would like to speak with you.
