We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruiting team and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This role focuses on interview scheduling, candidate communication, recruiting operations, and maintaining accurate recruiting data while partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling and resolve calendar conflicts.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support hiring activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday and other recruiting systems.
- Manage candidate trackers, reports, and dashboards using Excel and Workday.
- Proactively identify and communicate recruiting process challenges or delays.
- Ensure a seamless hiring experience from interview coordination through offer stages.
- 1+ year of Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft 365 skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and VLOOKUPs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Workday.
- Experience using interview scheduling tools such as Paradox.
- Previous support of high-volume recruiting environments.
- Process-driven and highly organized.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Able to manage multiple workflows without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
