Automation Technician — Day ShiftSCP Limited in Auburn, IN is looking for an Automation Technician to help keep our automated production lines running smoothly. This is a hands-on, entry-level position — no degree required. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy solving problems, and want to build a career in automation and robotics, this is a great place to start.We'll train the right person. What matters most is a willingness to learn, reliability, and a good attitude on the floor.About the Role:Recover, reset, and restart robots and automated equipment to keep production movingRespond quickly to machine faults, jams, and stoppages to minimize downtimeMonitor machinery throughout the shift and keep lines running at target outputPerform basic troubleshooting on production and automation equipmentSupport routine maintenance and general upkeep of the lineCommunicate equipment issues clearly to the maintenance and engineering teamWhat We're Looking For:No degree required — entry-level candidates are welcome and encouraged to applyMechanical aptitude and a strong willingness to learnComfortable working in and around automated equipment and roboticsDependable, safety-focused, and a team playerAble to stand, walk, bend, and work a full 12-hour shift in a manufacturing environmentNice to Have (not required):Prior manufacturing, machine operating, or maintenance experienceAny exposure to robots, PLCs, or automated systemsDays 10 hr 6am to 4:30p M-Th with OT on Friday or Saturday
