This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced veterinarian ready to step into a leadership position while continuing to practice high-quality clinical medicine. You'll have the autonomy to help shape the medical direction of a thriving hospital while being supported by the resources of a large veterinary network and an experienced multidisciplinary team.
The Practice
This established hospital is home to a five-doctor veterinary team, supported by credentialed veterinary technicians, experienced assistants, a dedicated hospital manager, and client service representatives. The collaborative culture encourages mentorship, open communication, and continual learning, creating an excellent environment for both clinical and leadership development.
The hospital is AAHA accredited and has Fear Free Certified Professionals, reflecting its commitment to delivering exceptional patient care while creating a low-stress experience for pets and their owners. Modern facilities allow the team to provide a broad range of medical and surgical services for dogs, cats, birds, exotic pets, and pocket pets.

The Opportunity
As Medical Director, you'll divide your time between clinical practice and leadership responsibilities, helping to mentor fellow veterinarians, maintain high medical standards, and drive the continued success of the hospital.
This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys coaching others, collaborating on complex cases, and helping develop a positive team culture while continuing to practise excellent medicine.
