We’re a growing home care company looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to start conversations, build relationships, and connect the right people with the support they need. What You’ll Do Identify and develop referral sources in the community Build relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, social workers, and local organizations Generate qualified leads that become long-term clients Generate qualified leads that become long-term employees Attend networking events and community outreach activities Follow up consistently and professionally Track activities and opportunities in our CRM What Makes You a Great Fit You can comfortably walk into a room full of strangers and leave with new connections You enjoy talking to people and genuinely listening to their needs You're organized, self-motivated, and results-driven Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, sales, marketing, or business development is a plus You understand that trust is earned—not sold A Typical Day Might Include Meeting with a hospital discharge planner in the morning, attending a job fair or networking with a senior center director at lunch, following up with referral partners in the afternoon, and ending the day knowing you’ve helped a family take the first step toward getting the care they need.
