Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems efficiently and accurately.
• Perform comprehensive whole-home plumbing safety inspections.
• Explain plumbing issues, technical findings, recommended solutions, and repair options to homeowners.
• Recommend appropriate repairs and upgrades, including tankless water heaters, water filtration systems, water quality solutions, and other plumbing enhancements.
• Prepare accurate estimates, invoices, and job documentation using ServiceTitan.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional recommendations.
• Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training.

Performance Expectations

• Complete approximately 3–4 service calls per day.
• Maintain a 70% or higher conversion rate on recommended services.
• Conduct thorough safety inspections on every visit.
• Support membership plan growth and customer retention.
• Maintain a callback rate below 3% through quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Deliver consistent five-star customer experiences.
• Build lasting relationships with homeowners through professionalism and trust.

Requirements

• Plumbing license preferred (state-specific)
• 3–5 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
