Recruiter, Merchandising

I am building my team of recruiters and am in need of a Merchandising Recruiter , one that understands what makes a great merchant—not just retail experience, but strong analytical skills, customer obsession, supplier management, pricing strategy, and the ability to launch and scale product categories in a fast-moving, data-driven environment. My client is a direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce retailer that sells premium-quality apparel, home goods, accessories, luggage, jewelry, and bedding at prices lower than traditional luxury brands. What I am looking for: Experience recruiting merchandising, buying, planning, category management, or retail leadership roles. Background supporting consumer, retail, eCommerce, fashion, home goods, or DTC organizations. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and proactive outreach. Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Recruiting for high-growth startups or scaling retail brands. Hiring across merchandising, sourcing, product development, inventory planning, and supply chain.
