Customer Site Support

Pay: $22.24–$24.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: San Francisco, CA with occasional travel to San Rafael Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Dress Code: Business Casual

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and flexible customer service professional to support multiple customer locations in downtown San Francisco and occasionally San Rafael.

The work location and responsibilities may change from day to day. Candidates must be comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Mail, shipping, and receiving
• Copy and production support
• Reception and customer service
• Hospitality and conference room setup
• Assist customers and resolve basic issues
• Follow site-specific procedures and instructions
• Travel between customer locations as needed
• Complete expense reports accurately and on time

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Customer service experience
• Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required auto insurance
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and able to adapt to different work environments
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Must be able to travel to customer locations within approximately 40–50 miles

Travel & Parking

Most assignments are in downtown San Francisco, where free parking is generally not available. Public transportation is commonly used.

Occasional assignments are in San Rafael, where free parking is available. Eligible mileage and parking expenses may be reimbursed according to company policy.
