Job Responsibilities Financial planning, forecasting and analysis, modeling and budgeting Preparations of monthly financials and reporting Involved in building Company's strategic business plan Assist management with efforts to track and manage operational performance exposure Working with various departments performing detailed analysis including estimating market share Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor degree Finance, Business, Engineering, or Accounting preferred 2-5 years' experience (preferred) Strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated and desire to advance within the company Business analytics preferred but not required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint skills required Power BI or Tableau skills preferred Prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced and high volume environment Good written and verbal communication skills Strong sense of urgency, detail oriented and ability to drive results Basic Accounting knowledge is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to maintain and handle confidential information Working Conditions Capable to work extended hours as needed Capable of working in an open concept office environment Physical Requirements Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. Compensation The expected base compensation for this position ranges from $85,400.00 to $108,700.00 depending on, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skill sets, experience, and education.
