Client Success Coordinator

Description The Client Success Coordinator serves as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients following the sale and owns the successful execution of their campaigns from signed agreement through completion. This role ensures client expectations, campaign information, assets and production requirements are accurate, complete and delivered on time so internal teams can successfully fulfill what was sold. Through proactive communication, exceptional service and operational excellence, the Client Success Coordinator creates a seamless client experience that contributes directly to campaign success, client satisfaction and long-term retention.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS

1. Client Experience Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients after the sale, building trusted relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service. Ensure clients understand campaign timelines, expectations and deliverables and proactively resolve questions or concerns. Coordinate thoughtful client recognition and relationship-building touchpoints that strengthen the FourOneSeven experience. Partner with Account Executives during business reviews and renewal discussions by preparing campaign insights and providing client feedback. 2. Campaign Success Review assigned contracts and campaign details for accuracy and resolve discrepancies before fulfillment begins. Own campaign execution from signed agreement through completion, coordinating schedules, internal handoffs, asset collection and approvals to ensure all deliverables are accurate, received on time and launched as scheduled. Accurately enter and maintain campaign orders, specifications and assets within applicable production and advertising systems, ensuring fulfillment teams have complete, timely information to monitor and deliver what was sold. Execute assigned campaign setup and trafficking, including Meta partnership requests, Premium Selects setup/testing, People Pics execution and advertising placement within applicable platforms. Maintain accurate client, campaign and communication records within the CRM and other required systems. 3. Client Retention & Renewal Support Monitor the health of assigned accounts and proactively identify risks or opportunities that could impact client retention. Provide Account Executives with campaign performance insights, client feedback and account context to support renewal and growth conversations. Contribute to strong renewal performance by ensuring clients experience consistent value, excellent communication and successful fulfillment throughout the partnership.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, project coordination, customer service or a related client-facing role. Experience managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering exceptional client experiences. Experience with CRM systems and project management software preferred.
