Job Summary The IHG Mechanical team in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX seeks a full‑time Pipe Fitter who thrives on new experiences and is comfortable traveling across the United States. Compensation & Schedule Competitive pay of $40 to $45 per hour. The schedule is 5–6 days per week with 10‑hour workdays. Travel throughout the USA is a key part of the role. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities As a Pipe Fitter, you will review blueprints and technical drawings to understand piping layouts, fit pipes by cutting, threading, and welding to exact specifications, calculate material take‑offs to manage inventory, and confirm quantities of pipes, fittings, and other components. You will navigate construction sites, maneuver pipes into place, and secure them to ensure seamless connections and efficient system flow. Qualifications 5+ years of pipe fitting experience Ability to travel throughout the United States Valid driver’s license Reliable personal vehicle Additional Requirements Candidates must successfully pass a background check and a pre‑employment drug test.
