We're extremely proud of our portfolio of brands, our achievements in sustainability and industrialization and the groundbreaking work accomplished by our people.The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of paper mill, shipping, receiving, and stock preparation operations for a designated shift, including safety, quality, production, costs, environmental control and employee relations. Areas of responsibility include the paper mill with 2 paper machines, Shipping, Receiving, and Stock Preparation. The Shift Supervisor also has mill-wide responsibilities for prioritizing shift maintenance and responding to emergencies.
