$23 - $28 hour DOE

Responsibilities:

• Craft high-quality wood products, including countertops and decorative panels, ensuring precision and excellence in every piece.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute innovative designs that align with our commitment to quality.
• Operate and maintain modern woodworking equipment, adhering to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary to meet our high standards.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by sharing knowledge and supporting fellow craftsmen in their projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve your craftsmanship and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and craftsmanship quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience in crafting high-quality wood products with precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to develop and execute innovative designs.
• Proven track record of operating and maintaining modern woodworking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong skills in inspecting finished products for quality assurance and making necessary adjustments.
• Commitment to contributing to a positive team atmosphere by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
• Eagerness to stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve craftsmanship.
• Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines while maintaining high craftsmanship quality.
