Senior Project Control Specialist

I'm currently supporting a leading Life Sciences engineering and construction business in their search for a Senior Project Scheduler. This is not a role for somebody who simply updates Primavera P6 schedules. We're looking for an experienced Project Controls professional who understands how major pharmaceutical and biotech capital projects are actually delivered. Somebody capable of working closely with engineering, construction, commissioning and CQV teams, challenging assumptions, identifying risks and providing genuine schedule leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities Develop and manage detailed Primavera P6 schedules Lead project scheduling activities from design through construction, commissioning and qualification Identify critical path activities, schedule risks and recovery opportunities Integrate contractor and third-party schedules into master programmes Partner with project leadership to drive schedule performance across complex capital projects Provide clear reporting, forecasting and schedule analysis to project teams and stakeholders Requirements 8+ years of project scheduling / project controls experience Advanced Primavera P6 capability Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or GMP-regulated environments Strong understanding of engineering, construction, commissioning and CQV activities Experience supporting major capital projects from concept through operational readiness Ability to influence project teams rather than simply report progress Ideal experience includes Cell & Gene Therapy Large pharmaceutical expansion programmes #J-18808-Ljbffr Stanley Cowton International
