ServiceNow Integration Developer

To enhance the ServiceNow Integrations platform, the full-time remote ServiceNow Integration Developer will build and customize ticket-exchange integrations using ShareLogic Unifi, develop integrations with various applications, and support those integrations post-deployment. Key responsibilities Build and customize ticket-exchange integrations using ShareLogic Unifi Integration Designer Develop bi-directional integrations between ServiceNow and endpoint applications, ensuring synchronization of states and comments Monitor integration health, resolve issues, and support upgrades through regression testing Required qualifications 2-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development with integration tools Hands-on technical knowledge of ServiceNow REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub Experience with ShareLogic Unifi or other eBonding/ticket-exchange integration platforms Knowledge of cloud-native solutions using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Familiarity with SQL queries and database concepts
