Perm Physician – Neonatology (NICU) – Carrollton, GA

What You’ll Do

• Provide neonatology coverage for a Level-III NICU with daily clinical rounding
• Deliver care for newborn patients in the newborn unit with daily support from NNPs
• Participate in a 3-physician neonatal staffing model for collaborative coverage
• Support admissions, stabilization, and ongoing management of neonatal patients
• Provide clinical oversight for critically ill and premature infants
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, NNPs, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Participate in a home-based call coverage rotation for NICU responsibilities
• Maintain high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care within a modern facility
