You’ll be trained to help run daily operations, support and coach the team, and ensure every guest receives the Jersey Mike’s experience — done right and with positive energy.

What We’re Looking For

18+ REQUIRED
Open availability
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Leadership mindset with a positive attitude
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Ability to move with urgency in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable coaching teammates and holding Jersey Mike's standards
Strong guest service and communication skills

Responsibilities

Support daily operations
Coach and motivate team members
Deliver outstanding customer service and guest interaction
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
Handle cash and assist with opening/closing duties
Help drive speed, accuracy, and team accountability
Set the tone for energy, teamwork, and hospitality
