PAY & BENEFITS

Our Residential HVAC Installers enjoy a highly competitive salary of $100,000 - $150,000 per year , depending on experience. THE TYPE OF RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can lead a two-man crew installing furnaces, air conditioners, hot water heaters, and ductless mini-split systems for residential customers and meets these qualifications:

• General electrical knowledge
• 3+ years of experience working as a lead installation tech for residential and very light commercial HVAC equipment
• EPA certification
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record

NATE certification would be a plus but is not required.

Possessing these traits would also be ideal:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional Leadership skills
• A positive attitude
