Turndown Attendant

A rare gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida, Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is an exclusive collection of 156 luxurious beachfront private residences and a 222‑room hotel within a 125‑acre walkable coastal village in the heart of Old Naples. The resort includes residents‑only facilities, a luxury spa, fitness center, fine dining outlets, tennis center, 18‑hole golf course, bowling, and a private club. Essential Functions Prepare guest rooms for turndown service, including removing used towels, wiping wet surfaces, folding clothing, removing room service trays, restocking minibar items, and cleaning bedding. Remove garbage from bins in bedrooms and bathrooms, close drapes, adjust lighting, turn music softly, and prepare the bed for guests. Submit all maintenance issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house areas to Engineering through the designated work systems, and bring them to the attention of Housekeeping management. Add special touches to enhance the guest experience, such as microfiber cloths, bookmarks, and travel bags. Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, pens, coffee, tea, and sugar sachets. Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests and perform full Room Attendant duties in occupied and late check‑out rooms when needed. Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors. Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume of the Lobby Attendant, Desk Attendant, and House Attendant roles.
