Key Responsibilities for the Benefits Administrator: Manage the full lifecycle of employee benefits programs including health, retirement, wellness, disability, and life insurance plans. Lead open enrollment, benefits communications, and employee education initiatives. Evaluate benefits utilization and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience and cost effectiveness. Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations. Serve as the primary liaison with insurance carriers and coordinate enrollments, reporting, and invoice reconciliation. Qualifications for the Benefits Administrator: 2+ years of Benefits Administration experience. Strong knowledge of employee benefits and related compliance regulations. Experience with HRIS systems, payroll systems, and advanced Excel functions. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; SHRM certification preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
