The environment is collaborative, with ongoing support from our Therapy Leadership Team to foster professional growth and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions, delivering evidence-based counseling to individual adults facing a variety of mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other therapists to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.

• Utilize systematically administered self-assessments to gather client insights, measure functional improvements, and adapt treatment approaches as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our therapist portal, ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance therapeutic techniques and clinical strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adults experiencing diverse mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your role is vital to helping clients navigate their mental health in a supportive environment that fosters growth, resilience, and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• Must possess active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Proven expertise in delivering Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based interventions.

• Demonstrated ability to express empathy and understanding, providing culturally sensitive care to clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
