This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role for an experienced engineer who thrives in a manufacturing environment and wants meaningful scope – from capital projects and equipment design to process improvement and cross‑functional collaboration. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate engineering activities including design, manufacturing support, and equipment testing Oversee capital projects end‑to‑end including project management, drawing approval, and job‑site supervision Draft and review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs and engineering records Evaluate and implement new materials, equipment, and maintenance methods to improve plant operations Manage engineering budgets, forecast operating costs, and control spare parts inventory Collaborate cross‑functionally with Production, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Sales Maintain safe working conditions and adherence to engineering and safety standards Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) required 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment Proficiency in CAD software Strong technical drawing and calculation skills Self‑directed with the ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities Effective communicator across all levels of the organization Broad scope with autonomy to make a real impact Flexible schedule in a stable, well‑regarded manufacturing environment Full benefits package included Reach out to View email address on click.appcast.io and reference Mechanical Engineer – Cincinnati , or apply directly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
