Lead Clinician (LCSW)

Salary: 90-100K One of our exclusive partners is seeking a permanent Lead Clinician to join their team ASAP in the Brooklyn area (NYC). Applicants MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH due to treatment population. Responsibilities:
- Support and supervise clinicians with service delivery, documentation, and client-related issues.
- Provide direct therapeutic services to clients and community as needed including group work and family therapy.
- Ensure ORR and the program's internal documentation practices and reporting requirements are met by following contract and licensing standards.
- Participate in staff meetings with stakeholders and offer clinical feedback regarding client treatment needs.
- Must be a NY state licensed LCSW
- Master's degree in Social Worker
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
