Personal Lines Account Manager Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to clients, managing personal lines accounts, and supporting the agency's growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. On-site Position This is an on-site position offering a collaborative work environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Compensation Package Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, plus commission opportunities. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available. Work Environment: On-site position with no travel required. Responsibilities Manage a book of standard personal lines accounts, including some high-net-worth accounts. Quote and process new business and renewals. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to support the agency's growth and operational goals. Utilize SIS/PartnerXE software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Qualifications / Requirements Minimum of 3+ years as a Personal Lines Account Manager (AM); 5+ years preferred. Candidates with captive insurance experience will also be considered. Active insurance license required. Proficiency in SIS/PartnerXE software is preferred. Familiarity with carriers such as Erie and Westfield is a plus.
