We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
- Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Healthcare (1+ years)
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- Practice Partner EMR
- Valid Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
- Have you applied to or worked for Residential Home Health & Hospice anytime in the past 6 months? (no)

Schedule and Shift Details
- Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 1 weekend per month, and 1 holidays per year
- Travel Local travel to residential homes
