Job Summary This position is a Service Coordinator supporting the Customer Center and serving the compressed air needs of the industrial sector. The Service Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and efficiently coordinating service technicians to meet customer needs. Service Coordinators manage communication with customers, sales teams, and management while adhering to all order management and operational requirements of the position. Responsibilities Answer incoming service calls and schedule technicians to perform preventive maintenance and service repairs, maximizing operating efficiency and effectiveness. Guide and develop service technicians as appropriate, assisting in technical issue resolution. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Manage service inventory and rental fleets (repair status, location, etc.). Ensure environmental, health and safety, as well as Operational Excellence adherence in the Customer Center and assist with the auditing process. Earn customer loyalty by effectively managing interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Generate and follow up on service quotes and seek new business whenever possible. Order and receive parts for jobs, monitor shipping and receiving activities, and conduct service request data entry and management. Submit warranty claims and ship parts to the factory. Ensure SARBOX compliance. Display team effort and dedication to customers by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weekends as the business requires. Requirements High school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of experience in a related field. Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with hand‑held computing devices such as smartphones or iPads. Core Competencies Exceptional organization, communication, and follow‑up skills with the ability to manage a high volume of priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills, able to follow standard processes, work autonomously, and know when to escalation issues. Exceptional customer service skills, including proper phone etiquette. Preferences Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems preferred. Salesforce experience a plus. Forklift certification a plus but not required. Travel & Work Arrangements / Requirements This position will be based in Pomona, CA and may travel occasionally within the US for meetings, employee training, and other business needs (5-10%). The role is highly physical, requiring regular use of hands and fingers, walking, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 10 lbs. occasionally up to 40+ lbs. Pay Range & Incentives The total pay range for this role, including incentive opportunities, is 55,000 - 75,000. The range considers a wide range of factors including skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and geographic location. Hired applicants are eligible for annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
