Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Progressive Care Unit-ICCU on a PRN Nights basis. The nurse will serve as a healthcare team leader, establishing personalized relationships with patients and their support systems, collaborating with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support a peaceful death. The role requires the use of best scientific evidence and compassion to guide patient navigation through their health journey. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree (preferred), is a graduate of an accredited nursing school , and holds current RN licensure in the appropriate state. Responsibilities include managing and providing care in accordance with policies and procedures, ensuring a high-quality patient experience, and fostering a safe environment.
