Job Description

Northshore Dock & Marine is seeking a General Labor / Seasonal Dock Worker to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, removing, transporting, and servicing docks, hoists, and waterfront equipment throughout Northern Michigan. This is a physically active outdoor position ideal for hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work, long days, and being part of a fast-moving crew.

Responsibilities

Install and remove docks, hoists, and waterfront equipment
Perform heavy lifting and outdoor manual labor in varying weather conditions
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
Work alongside crew leaders to complete projects safely and efficiently
Maintain job site cleanliness and assist with general labor tasks

Requirements

Ability to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to work long hours during peak season
Construction, landscaping, warehouse, moving, or general labor experience is a plus
